![]() Presbyterian Manor is a community of apartments, homes and facilities for your later years. It was planned and built for one purpose. To make your home one of the most comfortable, practical and modern anywhere. Governed by an eighteen member Board of Directors (most are members of First Presbyterian Church), this church-funded community is the result of countless volunteer hours. The hours you spend with us will be well spent. Presbyterian Manor is located in one of the friendliest cities in North Texas, Wichita Falls. Here, you discover a mild climate with changing seasons. Winter usually brings only a light snow, the trees leaf out beautifully in the spring, and the summer humidity remains low. Presbyterian Manor provides you with an excellent location. You'll have easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, recreational areas, banks and hospitals. You'll be within convenient range of museums, concert halls and the community programs of Midwestern State University. What's more, you'll have a chance to attend Wichita Falls' numerous cultural events, from our symphony orchestra to the rodeo.
You can choose from a number of four-plex cottage apartments, or the one and two bedroom apartments and efficiencies in our main 3-story building. Each apartment has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, provided by the most modern and practical system available. The buildings also include a combination of sprinklers and smoke detection systems. At Presbyterian Manor, you not only feel independent, you feel secure. Your private apartment includes your own bath, complete kitchen with a range, oven, refrigerator and disposal, practical and spacious living areas, as well as ample storage space. Presbyterian Manor is for persons of varying economic status. Certain initial and/or monthly fees will be charged. No person is denied admission, treatment or service of Presbyterian Manor because of race, creed, religion, color or national origin. |
