Monthly Maintenance Provides:
Main Building Residents:
One meal each day. Other meals are available at additional cost. Special diets are available
      for anyone requiring them. Your friends and family are invited to join you in the dining room
      for any meal. There is a minimum additional cost. NOTE:If you live in a non-cooking
      apartment, all meals are provided.
Weekly housekeeping service.
Heat and air conditioning, electricity, water, telephone and Basic Cable.
Transportation to shopping areas and downtown Wichita Falls as well as for special events.
Use of Health Care Center for short-term illnesses with around -the-clock nursing care.
    (There is additional cost for in-patient care beyond ten days each year.)
For Cottage Residents:
Heat and air conditioning, electricity, water, telephone and Basic Cable.
Grounds maintenance
Transportation to shopping areas and downtown Wichita Falls as well as for special events.
Use of Health Care Center for short term illnesses with round-the-clock nursing care.

EXTRA COST SERVICES:
     Extra cost items will be minimal. Some examples of extra cost items are:
Long distance phone calls.
Use of overnight guest rooms.
Covered parking space.
Guests who dine with you in the dining room.
If you live in a cottage, meals you eat in the dining room will be an additional cost.
If you live in the main building, meals you eat in the dining room in addition to one each
    day will be an additional cost.
Use of Health Care Center in excess of 10 days each year.
